Geronimo PiƱeros followed with a solid showing, posting rounds of +10 and +9 for a +19 total and a tied-43rd place finish. Juan Rodriguez showed well in the second round with a +7 to go alongside his opening +17, finishing tied for 63rd overall at +24, while Austin Bjes improved in the back half as well, going +18 in round one before posting a +14 in round two to finish tied for 78th at +32. Zach Hickman rounded out the team scoring, finishing tied for 85th at +38 after a +12 opening round. Louis Wappler also competed on the day as an individual entry, finishing 89th at +43.
Tournament medalist honors went to Luke Brady of Heartland CC, who finished the two rounds at +2 overall.
It was a competitive day on a challenging course, and with the regular season continuing to build toward the postseason, the Jaguars will look to use this experience as they sharpen their game heading down the stretch.
