With just three months to go until the Midwest Psychological Association MPA 2026 Conference, organizers are encouraging students and attendees to take note of several important updates, including registration deadlines, hotel booking information and program previews.
Early registration for MPA 2026 which will be held April 16 – 19 at the Palmer House Hilton Hotel, 17 E Monroe Street, is open and offers the lowest available rate for attendees. The early registration period runs through March 9, after which prices will increase.
Students who are unsure whether their registration will be covered by their department or program are encouraged to speak with their faculty advisors before registering. Additional details, including registration options and pricing, can be found through the official registration link provided here.
The official MPA hotel booking link is now live, and rooms are already going fast. Attendees are strongly advised to book their accommodations only through the designated MPA hotel page.
Booking within the MPA room block offers several advantages, including convenient access to conference sessions and events, opportunities for informal networking with fellow attendees, and protection from unexpected fees. Staying within the block also helps MPA secure favorable hotel rates for future conferences.
Organizers caution against using third-party booking sites. Reservations made outside the MPA room block will not receive the group rate and will be subject to the policies of those platforms, which may include stricter cancellation rules, additional fees or mandatory destination charges. MPA staff also will be unable to assist with reservation issues for bookings made outside the official block.
A draft of the full conference program is expected to be released in early February. In the meantime, attendees can view a system-generated version of the program through the conference website to get a sense of scheduled sessions and events.
With March quickly approaching, MPA organizers encourage students and attendees to register early, secure hotel accommodations promptly and stay tuned for additional updates.
