Governors State University came alive with Halloween spirit on Friday, Oct. 31, as the Jaguar Anime and Gaming Club hosted its thrilling Halloween Bash 2025  in Engbretson Hall. The event brought together anime lovers, gamers, and Halloween enthusiasts for an unforgettable afternoon of fun, creativity, and community.

The hall was transformed into a festive fusion of anime worlds and spooky themes, filled with glowing lights, eerie decorations, and the sounds of laughter and excitement. Students arrived in eye-catching costumes inspired by their favorite anime and video game characters, bringing the room to life with color and creativity.

From gaming stations and cosplay contests to Halloween treats and music, the event offered something for everyone. Participants showcased their costumes, competed for prizes, and bonded over shared fandoms, making new friends along the way.
