Sandy the Therapy dog will have a memorial tree dedication on Monday, Nov. 10 at 4 p.m. Sandy was a therapy dog for eight years, and often visited the Governors State University campus, greeting students, staff, and faculty.

A memorial tree was planted for her remembrance near the French Fries sculpture, and the event is meant to dedicate the tree to Sandy. All are welcome to attend the dedication and show their appreciation for Sandy.
