Governors State University students had the opportunity to visit Microsoft’s office for the Data Center Mixer held on March 7 from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Microsoft Technology Center in Chicago.
The event provided an platform for students to connect with Microsoft’s data center program managers and gain firsthand insights into the company’s cutting-edge cloud infrastructure.
Attendees explored Microsoft’s advancements in data management, security, and sustainability, while also networking with industry professionals.
The interactive discussions allowed students to understand career paths in data center operations and project management. Participants had a unique chance to connect with hiring managers, leaders, and recruiters from Microsoft’s data centers.
