OK, ladies and gents, get your b-ball shorts, sweatpants, comfy t-shirts, or whatever other athletic wear you have ready as GSU’s Jaguar Drill Team hosts its very first flag football event.

The event will take place on Tuesday, March 19 from 1-5 p.m. and Wednesday, March 20, from 1-7 p.m. in the school gymnasium.

Inala Rose, a member of the hosting Drill Team, said the event is designed for all individuals on the campus: staff, faculty, and, of course, students. Some outside guests may be allowed to participate if approved by the Jaguar Drill Team.

Rose said the event is being held so everyone at GSU can have a good time while competing in a friendly, healthy way which eventually will lead into a final championship game in April.

Now question is, who will these teams be, how will they do, and which one of them will win in the championship? Well, I guess we’ll just have to wait and see to find out.
