As the spring semester began at Governors State University, the Office of International Services (OIS) sponsored its hallmark International Culture Mix ‘n’ Mingle event on Jan. 25 from 1 to 3 p.m.
Thee gathering provided a vibrant celebration of diversity, as students, faculty, and staff engaged in cross-cultural dialogue and connection. It was a melting pot of experiences, where individuals from various backgrounds came together to share their unique cultural perspectives.
Through interactive activities, attendees had the opportunity to forge meaningful connections, deepen their understanding of global traditions, and celebrate the richness of diversity at GSU.
The OIS provided an eclectic mix of activities from traditional games to tantalizing culinary delights and captivating musical performances.
