Intellectual Life Offers Free Viewing of Film ‘499’
Hey Jaguars, who likes free things more than anyone in the world? Students!
Now students have a chance to reserve a ticket to the film “499” online for free, courtesy of the Chicago Latino Film Festival.
The program being made possible through a GSU Intellectual Life Grant, premiering. All you have to do is reserve a ticket by April 15, then watch the film April 16-18, followed by a discussion panel with GSU faculty on Monday, April 19 at 6 p.m. via Zoom. This film is in Spanish with Nahuatl and English subtitles.
Reserve a ticket and on April 16, you’ll receive a code and instructions to redeem your ticket to watch the film at home, along with the Zoom link to participate in the discussion. Once you start the film, you’ll have 24 hours to finish watching it.
