Mindfulness Practice Returns!

Just in time for the third week of classes comes the GSU Library’s mindfulness practice. Even though the semester is still fresh, it can be quite stressful. Jumping back into a booked schedule from a month of relaxation is tough, but luckily students and staff can check out for an hour and participate in some virtual self-care.  

This semester’s first practice is on Thursday, Feb. 4 from 3pm – 4pm over Zoom and will continue every Thursday until the end of the semester.
